The Malcolms website has been created and designed in-house to provide a uniquely customised, purpose built platform for all your property needs.
STEP 1
Starting from scratch, research was conducted on the evolving value estate agency offers today, and the competitive position of Malcolms in the local market.
STEP 2
In collaboration with company directors and fellow colleagues, we discussed how our new website could be used to help home owners and searchers, and improve the service we provide to our clients. In a collaborative environment, existing problems and common shortfalls of knowledge were explored, allowing innovative, problem-driven ideas for the website to form.
STEP 3
The website quickly adopted a focus on providing informative guides to home buyers, sellers, tenants and landlords. We carefully considered the needs, questions and concerns of all the different groups that use our property services.
STEP 4
We consequently created simple step-by-step guides for every type of property buyer: buyers seeking shared ownership, first time buyers and investment buyers.
Liaising with local businesses and organisations, we produced detailed area guides for each village we cover to provide useful, practical information, with the aim of helping home searchers decide where to live.
We’ve also developed sections on the website dedicated to advising landlords on how to make successful investments and how to sustain them; guiding home owners through the process of selling their property; helping tenants decide whether to continue renting or take their first step onto the property ladder.
Wrapped in visually appealing images, drawing on each member of staff’s unique experiences, our website guides have been designed to be engaging and informative, revealing expert insight into the (often confusing) property sector.
STEP 5
To ensure that we consistently update our clients with the latest changes to the property market and local infrastructure development, the idea of adding a blog to our website was pitched to the company directors.
Our blog posts now enable us to deliver our expert market insight straight into our clients’ inboxes, on a weekly basis.
Each staff member is responsible for a particular area, which reflects both their interests and expertise.
We regularly reveal our innovative tips and tricks on how to get the most money for your property, so it is definitely worth subscribing to!
STEP 6
The business’s core values were re-evaluated to incorporate our market analysis, reflecting both the needs and demands of our clients.
The creation of our new website has effectively shaped the direction of the company, revolutionising our service offerings and modernising our marketing communications.
